LANCASTER, Lancaster County, Pa. -- There were not many upsets in the first week of the playoffs, but Bermudian Springs was an exception, as they knocked off Annville-Cleona in Lebanon County last week. Friday night, they traveled to Lancaster Catholic to face the unbeaten top seed in Lancaster.

In the first quarter, Lancaster Catholic running back Jeff Harley Jr., got outside and broke a run all the way to endzone for a 40-yard touchdown. It put Lancaster Catholic ahead early.

Bermudian Springs would respond though. In the second quarter, Bermudian Springs quarterback Chase Dull pucked up 15 yards on the ground, setting up first and goal for his team. Dull rolled in for a 2-yard touchdown to tie the game up in the first half at 7-7.

But Lancaster Cartholic would regain the lead before the teams headed to the locker rooms. In the second quarter, Lancaster Catholic converted a fourth and 12 on Bermudian Spring's 24 yard line. Quarterback Gavin Sullivan found Andrew Miklos for 15 yards and the crucial first down.

But a good redzone stand by Bermudian Springs lead to Lancaster Catholic's Daniel Mueller field goal. Lancaster Catholic led 10-7 at half.

But Bermudian Springs would take over in the second half, scoring 13 points and yielding none. They went on to win 20-10.

Bermudian Springs: 20
