CAMP HILL, Cumberland County, Pa. -- It was a 5-A quarterfinal game between Warwick and Cedar Cliff at Camp Hill on Friday.
The game featured two teams with explosive offenses and an unknown quality about them. The Colts are Keystone Division champions, and the Warriors earned a share of the Section I title.
Cedar Cliff got the scoring started in this tightly contested matchup. Senior quarterback Chris Dare handed the ball off to junior runningback Jaheim Morris for the first touchdown of the game.
But Warwick would answer with touchdowns of their own, including one on a touchdown pass from sophomore quarterback Joey McCracken to junior wide receiver Trey Glass. McCracken and Glass connected several times throughout the game for big plays.
Dare also found ways to score in the air. He found junior wide receiver Jahiem Reynolds for a touchdown.
The Colts were able to advance after an entertaining game. The final was 33-23.
