YORK COUNTY, Pa.-- As you put up your holiday lights and turn up the heat in your homes, there are precautions you can take to make sure that your home is safe.

Some people might not be considering electrical safety while putting up holiday lights, and heating equipment can contribute to unsafe home conditions in the winter.
