The Harrisburg City Council was supposed to vote on the plan tonight, but the project was withdrawn from the meeting’s agenda, adding to the construction’s delay. The vote was scrapped because the Council says the federal government has not shown a commitment to hiring local labor. The courthouse is expected to cost upwards of $192 million and be completed in 2021.
