Update: 3 people dead after murder-suicide in Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, Dauphin County, Pa. – UPDATE: Three people are dead after what investigators believe is a murder- suicide incident, Saturday night according to Dauphin County District Attorney Francis Chardo.

Chardo says two males and one female were found inside of an apartment on the 100 block of South Union Street in Middletown.

All three  victims suffered gunshot wounds according to the District Attorney.

PREVIOUS: Middletown Borough Police discovered multiple fatalities during a welfare check Saturday night.

The incident took place on South Union Street.

According to Middletown Police, preliminary indications are that the incident is a murder-suicide.

Police said that there is no danger to the public at this time.

Dauphin County dispatch said that Middletown Police will hold a press conference regarding the incident on Sunday morning.
