CUMBERLAND COUNTY — Three teenage boys have been arrested after they allegedly shot flares into the air near Carlisle Airport, according to State Police.
The incident occurred on the afternoon of January 3.
Two of the teens are 17 years old while the third is a 14-year-old, State Police say.
