YORK COUNTY, Pa. — A New Cumberland man was arraigned Friday on charges of rape and sexual assault, online court documents show.
Jeremiah Musser, 37, allegedly raped a woman while she slept at a residence in November 2018, police say.
Musser was arrested by police on December 6, according to online court documents.
