HARRISBURG — Police have identified the woman killed in a pedestrian accident on North 7th Street at Dauphin Street last Friday.
Phyllice Taylor, 65, was killed after being struck by a vehicle last at about 7:13 p.m., Harrisburg Police say. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene. The Harrisburg Police Traffic Safety Unit responded to the scene and is continuing the investigation.
