To celebrate the week, we will have different participating restaurants on FOX43 Morning News.
Today, Holy Hound Taproom is coming to the FOX43 Kitchen.
Michael Johnson, executive chef, and Scott Eden, owner, will be preparing a grilled Atlantic salmon topped with a mango salsa and served with sauteed broccolini and a roasted garlic carrot puree.
