BERKS COUNTY, Pa.– UPDATE (March 7, 10:55 a.m.): Guyer returned to Wernersville State Hospital on his own this morning.
PREVIOUSLY: Police are searching for a missing man.
Patrick Guyer, 23, was last seen at 3:30 p.m. on March 6.
He was wearing light colored jeans, a green hooded sweatshirt, and a beanie hat.
Guyer stands about 6’1″ tall.
