Two United States service members were killed in Afghanistan, according to a statement from NATO Resolute Support in Kabul.
They were killed while conducting an operation Friday, the statement said. There were no further details.
“The names of the service members killed in action are being withheld until 24 hours after notification of next of kin is complete,” the statement said.
