CARLISLE BOROUGH, Cumberland County – UPDATE: Investigators say Freddy Cespedes has returned home.
Police say he was found in Mt. Holly Springs Borough.
PREVIOUS: Carlisle Borough Police Department is searching for a missing juvenile.
According to police, Freddy Cespedes has been missing since 4:00 p.m., Friday.
Cespedes was last seen at his home, according to police.
