Today on FOX43 News First at Four, we’ll update you on how heavy rain and an underground stream are still impacting a section of Gettysburg Road in Cumberland County. Lower Allen Township officials posted a message to their Facebook page in response to outcry from a community that has been dealing with a flooded-out road for months. The township’s post says that the road cannot be fixed until the water clears, and that the water is not draining out thanks to increased rain pushing the underground creek to the surface. We’re checking in with the township on their planned solutions to the problem, so you can expect more on this story First at Four.

Coming up today on FOX43 News First at Four, we’ll introduce you to a tattoo parlor that is holding a fundraiser today to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association. This is the seventh year for the event, which will include four separate locations and seven artists. Organizer Ronald Carr is hoping to raise $20,000 this year.
