Authorities investigate house fire in York

YORK, Pa. – The York County District Attorney’s Office is investigating the cause of a house fire in York.

The 2-alarm fire broke out just before 3:00 pm on the 300 block of School Street, Saturday.

Goodwill Fire Company says two neighbors saw flames coming from the home and alerted the resident inside, by knocking on their windows and doors.

Damages are estimated to be at least $75,000.
