Protein-filled snacks provide the fuel your kids need for summer fun

YORK COUNTY, Pa.-- Summer is upon us, and you need to make sure your kids are properly fueled for them to be taking part in outdoor activities.

Helping increase protein intake is one way kids can stay healthy this summer.
