YORK COUNTY, Pa.-- Last year at the York Fair, a pregnant Andrea Michaels stopped by the Animal Birthing Center just in time to catch a newborn come into the world.
This year, Michaels returned to her old stomping grounds with Breanna Holmes, the communication director for the York Fair.
