YORK COUNTY — A truck carrying construction debris overturned on Cape Horn Road near Red Lion, spilling its cargo and fuel on the road, according to emergency dispatch.
The incident occurred Wednesday, shortly after 2 p.m., dispatch said.
It could take some time for the scene to be cleaned up, because of the fuel on the road, dispatch said.
