YORK, PA — A crash has closed the southbound lanes of I-83 in York County. The crash happened around 12:30 p.m. It is located between Exits 21 ( Arsenal Rd and 19b ( Market St). Heavy traffic in the northbound lanes is reported as well.
The crash appears to involve a tractor trailer.
