PENNSYLVANIA– The Pennsylvania Lottery’s new holiday-themed Scratch-Offs are now on sale, offering millions of dollars in prizes and extra chances to win through the Holly Jolly Second-Chance Drawing.

The Second-Chance drawing will offer more than $1 million in prizes, including a chance to win online play bonus money. In addition, there will be random 5X and 10X entry multipliers awarded. The final entry deadline for the Second-Chance drawing is January 2, 2020.

This year’s holiday-themed Scratch-Offs are [$20] $1 Million Merry & Bright, [$10] Secret Santa, [$5] Holiday Cash Blowout, [$3] Jingle All the Way, [$2] Snowball Buck$, and [$1] Oh, What Fun. Starting today, non-winning tickets for these games may be entered into the Holly Jolly Second-Chance Drawing, for a chance to win up to $100,000.

Beginning November 5, the drawing will also accept designated non-winning Fast Play tickets that include the following games: [$5] Holiday Tree Farm, [$2] Snow Much Fun and [$1] Ho Ho Ho Tic-Tac-Toe.

On November 12, players will have even more chances to win, because the drawing will open to accept qualifying draw game tickets and for the first time Keno tickets will be accepted.

Enter by January 2, 2020, through the VIP Players Club at palottery.com or scan-to-enter using our Official App. Visit palottery.com for entry, prizes, rules and drawing information. Mailed entries are not accepted. The holiday-themed Scratch-Off and Fast Play games may remain on sale after the Holly Jolly Second-Chance Drawing ends.

The Pennsylvania Lottery has again joined other state lotteries and the National Council on Problem Gambling to remind players that lottery games are not suitable for children. Whether buying a ticket for yourself or as a gift, Pennsylvania Lottery players must be 18 or older. Tickets are not toys.
