DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — A Harrisburg man was arrested Thursday on a number of charges including rape, according to Susquehanna Township Police.
Jorge Caraballo Sr. 42, is being held at Dauphin County Prison on $250,000 bail.
He faces the following charges: rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with minors, indecent assault, corruption of minors, and dissemination of child pornography, court documents show.
