PENNSYLVANIA, USA — Meteorologist Ally Debicki joined FOX43 in August of 2022 and is beyond excited to call south central Pennsylvania home!
Originally from southern New Jersey, Ally always had a fear of the thunderstorms and gusty winds that would roll through during the summer months-sparking her interest in learning about safety and communication when it comes to weather!
Ally graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in the Spring of 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology, and shortly thereafter got her on-air start at WENY News in Horseheads, New York. There she worked as the Morning and Noon Meteorologist and from time to time would also create special reports with a meteorological flare!
After that, she then moved to northeastern PA to be the nightly Meteorologist at FOX56/WOLF TV. Her experience ranges from day-to-day weather patterns, winter storms, and severe weather coverage across the state of Pennsylvania.
Ally is a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist with her seal of approval from the American Meteorological Society, and is a member of the National Weather Association.
In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing and watching movies with her family, friends, and dogs Flurry and Sansa Bear. She also enjoys reading and spending time at Jersey Shore during the summer months!
