CARLISLE, Pa. — The warm weather is here, and thousands of car enthusiasts are flocking to the Carlisle Fairgrounds for Spring Carlisle.
It's one of the largest automotive flea markets in the world, where guests can browse 8,100 spaces of vendors selling a vast array of automotive parts, accessories, cars, collectibles and memorabilia.
And if guests are looking for a new car, they're in luck.
Spring Carlisle hosts a two-day classic and collector car auction powered by Carlisle Auctions at the neighboring Carlisle Expo Center. Cars up for bid range from 1920s era production to modern muscle.
Organizers say the star of this year's auction is a white 1953 Corvette.
The 2024 auction runs from April 18 to April 19 and starts at noon daily.
Spring Carlisle runs from Wednesday, April 17 to Saturday, April 20 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, April 21 from 7 a.m. to noon.
