YORK, Pa. — Calling all central Pa. Swifties! The Appell Center for the Performing Arts announced the fan event of the year- "Let's Sing Taylor: A Live Band Experience Celebrating Taylor Swift" is coming to the Strand Theatre on Saturday, Feb. 3 at 7:30 p.m.!
