HERSHEY, Pa. — Country music legend Willie Nelson is getting back on the road again this summer, bringing his Outlaw Music Festival to Central Pennsylvania.
This year's tour promises to be the biggest and best yet with a lineup of legendary artists, featuring headliners Willie Nelson & Family, the iconic Bob Dylan, former Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant and the angelic-voice of Alison Krauss, along with guitar phenom Celisse.
The Hersheypark Stadium show will begin at 5 p.m.
Tickets will go on sale online on March 1 at www.HersheyEntertainment.com and www.Ticketmaster.com.
“I am thrilled to get back on the road again with my family and friends playing the music we love for the fans we love,” Nelson said.
Legendary performer John Mellancamp, Brittany Spencer and Southern Avenue will join the festival later in its 25-stop tour, which opens June 21 in Alphretta, GA and concludes on September 17 in Buffalo, NY.
The Hershey stop is the last performance scheduled for Plant & Kraus and Celisse. Mellencamp and Spencer will hop on the tour when the festival moves to the West Coast on July 29.
Outlaw Music Festival last visited Hersheypark Stadium in the summer of 2023.
The inaugural Outlaw Music Festival made its debut in 2016 in Scranton. The sold-out show was so well received that organizers developed it into one of North America’s biggest annual touring franchises. Musicians such as Chris Stapleton, Neil Young, Luke Combs, Van Morrison, ZZ Top, Eric Church, Bonnie Raitt, Sheryl Crow, Tyler Childers, Sturgill Simpson, The Avett Brothers and many more have been a part of the Outlaw Tour, sharing unforgettable music memories and unique vendor villages with local food, drinks, and shopping in Live Nation amphitheaters across the country.
