Nonprofit gives high school piano lab a makeover

Music For Everyone replaced 25 broken and outdated keyboards at J.P. McCaskey High School in Lancaster.

LANCASTER, Pa. — J.P. McCaskey High School's piano lab got a makeover on Monday.

Music For Everyone, a Lancaster County nonprofit, raised $95,000 to replace the school's 25 outdated and broken keyboards.

Nearly 400 students will have access to the new piano lab, which will be equipped with new technology for students to learn music theory and composition software, producing their own recordings and much more.

Organizers from Music For Everyone arrived at J.P.  McCaskey High School to deliver the instruments.
