HERSHEY, Pa. — Hershey Entertainment announced that iconic early millennium pop-punk superstar Avril Lavigne will visit Hershey next summer as part of her extended "Greatest Hits Tour. "
It was announced that the Canada-born musician will take the stage at Hersheypark Stadium on Saturday, June 7.
She'll be joined by special guests Simple Plan and We The Kings.
Lavigne blew up in 2002 with her debut album, "Let Go," which included the smash hits "Complicated," "Sk8er Boi," and "I'm With You."
The eight-time Grammy nominee is also known for the hit songs "Girlfriend" and "Here's to Never Growing Up."
Tickets for the concert go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster. There are VIP packages and artist presales available on Tuesday, while Live Nation presales begin on Wednesday.
