KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. — On Wednesday, June 19, Netflix announced plans to open an 'experimental entertainment venue' in King of Prussia.
The endeavor- called the Netflix House- has promised fans an immersive experience of their favorite Netflix shows.
"Imagine waltzing with your partner to an orchestral cover of a Taylor Swift song on a replica of the 'Bridgerton' set, and then walking around the corner to compete in the Glass Bridge challenge from 'Squid Game,'" explained Henry Golblatt with Netflix in a press release.
"After pretending to fight for your life, you’ve worked up an appetite and want to get a bite. You see a nearby restaurant with food inspired by Netflix shows from around the world; the meal is memorable, but you still want to buy some 'Stranger Things' merch. Luckily, there’s a shop that sells that Hellfire Club T-shirt you’ve always wanted," the press release continued.
Netflix promises fans its "experimental entertainment" project will create an unforgettable venue to explore fan-favorite stories year-round.
King of Prussia is one of two promised locations opening in 2025, the second inside Galleria Dallas.
Netflix reportedly selected the locations because they are among the most popular shopping centers in America. Both Netflix Houses will occupy former department store locations and more than 100,000 square feet.
Outside the entrance, fans will reportedly be greeted by eye-popping sculptures and a mural mash-up of characters from multiple Netflix series.
Until the grand openings, up-to-date details and information on the two Netflix House locations can be found here.
