PENNSYLVANIA, USA — Donut lovers, get your sweet tooths ready, because this Friday, June 7, is National Donut Day.
To celebrate, Dunkin' locations nationwide are offering customers a free classic donut of their choice with the purchase of any drink.
In a press release, Dunkin' said, "America runs on Dunkin' and this National Donut Day, America runs on free donuts."
Beyond getting a special treat, Dunkin' has partnered with Scrub Daddy to create donut-shaped Scrub Daddy and Scrub Mommy sponges.
These limited-edition sponges started going on sale June 3, and are said to "combine Dunkin’s playful spirit with Scrub Daddy’s practical effectiveness, making household chores a bit more cheerful," Dunkin' Newsroom said.
