Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant is baking another layer of excitement into Girl Scout cookie season with seven beer and cookie pairings.

The flights will be available from Feb. 23 to Feb. 25 and include the following pairings:

  • Pig Iron Porter and Thin Mints
  • Mangoverse IPA and classic Trefoils
  • Russian Imperial Stout with crunchy chocolatey Adventurefuls
  • Strawberry Milkshake IPA with Do-Si-Dos/Peanut Butter Sandwich
  • Vienna Red Lager and Samoas/Caramel deLites
  • Brambleberry paired with Tagalongs/Peanut Butter Patties

Members of Iron Hill’s rewards program, King of the Hill, will receive a bonus pairing of Om Nom Nom and Toffee-tactic/Toast-Yay! cookies.

“We look forward to our Girl Scout Cookie pairing promo all year,” Chris Westcott, CEO of Iron Hill, said in a press release. "So much thought is put into creating the pairings to bring a new experience to our customers. I think we outdid ourselves this year matching the sweet notes of the cookies paired with the flavor profiles of some of our most popular and all-new Iron Hill beers."

The beer flights cost $23 each. Kids are also welcome to enjoy the flight fun with Iron Hill's $4 milk and cookie pairing. Children can choose between white or chocolate milk that is served with three cookies: Thin Mint, Adventurefuls and Do-Si-Do/Peanut Butter Sandwich.

Guests will also have the chance to take home a four-pack of Mangoverse IPA and a box of Trefoils for $18. Girl Scout troops will be onsite at the breweries to sell their other cookie varieties as well.
