The team cooked up a blackened tuna steak served over a chop salad.

Blackened Tuna Steak served over Chop Salad
Blackened Seasoning
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp granulated Garlic
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Cumin
2 tbsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Old Bay
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Chop Salad
4 cups Romaine Lettuce- chopped
1 cup Mixed Greens
1 cup Corn - ear of corn sliced fresh
3 tbsp Asiago Cheese
1 cup Heirloom Tomatoes
3 slices Red Onion
1/2 cup Gorgonzola crumbles
1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
Slice Tuna into steaks. Pat dry with paper towels. Dredge in the blackened seasoning coating all sides. Sear on both sides. Add all ingredients together for salad mix. Top salad with blackened Tuna steaks. Enjoy!

Watermelon Garnish
In blender add all ingredients (except boba, whipped cream, and watermelon garnish). Blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream. Top with Lychee Boba. Add Watermelon garnish.
