This classic meal features fire-grilled fillet mignon and lobster tail and is elevated with angel hair pasta in a lemon champagne infused cream sauce.

Ingredients
1 large poached lobster tail, split and chopped
2 tablespoons, garlic butter
2 cups, angel hair pasta, al denté
1 cup, heavy cream
1 lemon, zested and cut in half
4 tablespoons, freshly chopped parsley
3 tablespoons, freshly chopped basil
1/2 cup, champagne
1 tablespoon, Asiago cheese
1 tablespoon, sun dried tomatoes, diced
Directions
Cut lobster tail in half. Poach in 1 cup of chicken stock, 1/2 cup champagne, half a squeezed lemon. 2 sprigs parsley, and 2 tbsp garlic butter. In a sauté pan placed on medium- high heat, sauté the lobster, garlic butter, and sun dried tomatoes for approximately 1 minute. Deglaze with champagne. Add chicken stock and cook for approximately 2 minutes. Add heavy cream, lemon, basil, parsley, and asiago. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Toss in pasta. Place grilled filet mignon on toasted garlic bread and serve with lobster and pasta. Enjoy!
