It's the perfect time to refresh your arsenal of cocktail recipes with some themed drinks from Fine Wine & Good Spirits to keep you warm through the rest of winter.

These drinks can also be made mocktails for those observing Dry January.

Spiced Apple Fizz

Ingredients

  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir and strain the drink into a martini glass.
  3. Top the cocktail with sparkling water.
  4. Garnish it with the apple wheel.

Ginuary Mule (COTM)

Directions

  1. Combine the first two ingredients in a mug.
  2. Fill it with ice, layering lime wedges among the ice.
  3. Top the drink with ginger beer; stir it gently.
  4. Garnish the cocktail with the mint sprig and pomegranate pearls.

Sazerac

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a chilled old-fashioned glass, swirl the first ingredient and pour out any excess liquid; set the glass aside.
  2. Combine the next two ingredients in a mixing glass, crushing the sugar cube.
  3. Add the next ingredient and ice; stir.
  4. Strain the drink into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish the cocktail with a lemon twist.
