Ingredients
- 3 ounces, ginger beer
- 1 ½ ounces, Jose Cuervo Tradicional Tequila Reposado
- 1 ounce, fresh lime juice
- Lime wedge, for garnish
- Coarse salt
Directions
- Rim a rocks glass with salt and fill it with ice.
- Combine the first three ingredients in a prepared glass; stir.
- Garnish the cocktail with a lime wedge.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces, El Tesoro Tequila Blanco
- 1 ounce, watermelon juice
- ½ ounce, fresh lime juice
- ½ ounce, agave syrup
- 2 jalapeño wheels, plus 2 for garnish
- Lime wheel, for garnish
- Watermelon wedge, for garnish
- White sanding sugar, for garnish
Directions
- Rim a rocks glass with sugar and fill it with ice; set aside.
- Combine all of the ingredients, except for the garnishes, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and double strain the drink into the prepared glass.
- Garnish the cocktail with a watermelon wedge, jalapeño and lime wheels.

- 1 ½ ounces, Bombay Saphire Gin
- 1 ounce, Cointreau Liqueur
- ¾ ounce, fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon, Tres Agaves Organic Nectar
- Cucumber ribbon, for garnish
- Mint sprig, for garnish
- Lime wheel, for garnish
- Chili salt, for garnish*
Directions
- Rim a rocks glass with the chili salt; set aside.
- Add all of the ingredients, except for the garnishes, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain the drink into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish the cocktail with a skewered cucumber ribbon, lime wheel and mint sprig.
*Chili salt: Combine 2 teaspoons chili powder and 1 teaspoon salt on a small plate.
