Ingredients
4 cups, arugula
1/2 cup, dried cranberries
2 pears, thinly sliced
1/3 cup, Gorgonzola crumbles
1/2 cup, crushed walnuts
Red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup, fennel, thinly shaved
Salmon, fire-grilled
Pita, grilled with garlic butter
Directions
Toss the salad ingredients together. Grill the salmon and pita bread, adding minced onion to the pita.
Pomegranate Poppy Seed Honey Dijon Dressing
Ingredients
4 tablespoons, pomegranate seeds
6 tablespoons, honey
3 tablespoons, Dijon mustard
1 cup, extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1/4 cup, apple cider vinegar
1 cup, pomegranate juice
2 tablespoons, poppy seeds
Pinch, sea salt
Pinch, black pepper
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.

Pumpkin Marshmallow Martini
Ingredients
Holla Pumpkin Vodka
Holla Cinnamon Vodka
Amaretto
Pumpkin marshmallow cold foam:
- Oat milk
- Toasted marshmallow syrup
- Pumpkin puree
Whipped cream
Cinnamon sugar sprinkle
Directions
Fill a glass with ice. Add the vodkas and amaretto. Shake the drink, then strain it into a martini glass. In a separate glass, froth together the oat milk, syrup and a hint of pumpkin puree. Pour the cold foam over the martini. Top the cocktail with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. Garnish it with a toasty marshmallow.
