YORK, Pa. — Olivia's is ushering in a chilly fall full of comfort food with Greek Grilled Brizola.
Brizola is a traditional Greek dish of fresh pork which has been marinated with savory Greek spices and then grilled to perfection. Olivia's serves it with Lemon Roasted Yukon Potatoes, Greek salad and traditional tzatziki.
An Apple Cider Old Fashioned finishes off the meal with an autumnal twist on a classic cocktail.

1/3 cup, white vinegar
1/2 cup, extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon, Geek oregano
1 teaspoon, rosemary, fresh chopped
1/2 teaspoon, sea salt
2 tablespoons, Dijon mustard (no seeds)
2 tablespoons, fresh garlic, diced
1 teaspoon, fancy paprika
1 teaspoon, black pepper
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together, then marinate the fresh pork chops.
Lemon Roasted Yukon Potatoes
Ingredients
5 pounds, Yukon gold potatoes, quartered
4 lemons, halved and juiced
2 tablespoons, rosemary, diced
1 teaspoon, fancy paprika
1 cup, extra virgin olive oil
2 cups, chicken stock
1 cup, onion, diced
Pinch, sea salt
1 teaspoon, black pepper
1 cup, garlic butter
Directions
Wash and cut the potatoes. Line a casserole pan with the potato quarters, then add chicken stock. Spoon garlic butter across the top. Add lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and seasonings. Bake the dish at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, covered, for approximately 25 minutes. Remove the cover and bake the potatoes for an additional 20 minutes, or until they are browned and fork tender.

Apple cider
Maple syrup
New England cranberry bitters
Fresh orange
Cinnamon stick
Chopped Fuji apples with cinnamon sugar sprinkle
Directions
In the bottom of a glass, muddle the fresh orange, maple syrup and bitters. Fill the glass with ice. Add the whiskey and cider. Stir the drink. Garnish the cocktail with fresh chopped apples sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
