Drew Cottle from Fine Wine & Good Spirits shares some drink recipes that will have your taste buds hopping after a cold few months.

Daisy Spring Spritz (April’s Cocktail of the Month)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fill a wineglass with blueberry ice. 
  2. Add the next three ingredients to the wineglass.
  3. Top the drink with club soda.
  4. Garnish the cocktail with a skewered lemon twist and blueberries.

*Blueberry ice cubes: Fill an ice tray with sauvignon blanc and blueberries; freeze.

Spring & Stormy

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Muddle the first two ingredients in a shaker, then add the next three ingredients.
  2. Shake and pour the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  3. Top the drink with ginger beer; stir gently.
  4. Garnish the cocktail with raspberries and a mint sprig.

Meili Fizz

Instructions

  • 2 ounces, Meili Vodka*
  • 3 ounces, grapefruit juice
  • 1 ounce, simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • Grapefruit slices
  • Rosemary sprig

Directions

  1. Combine the first three ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake and strain the mixture into a wineglass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top the drink with club soda.
  4. Garnish the cocktail with grapefruit slices and a rosemary sprig.
