Lebanon County newspaper shuts down after long-standing financial battle

The Lebanon Co. Bulletin issued its final newspaper last week, saying farewell to readers.

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. — The Lebanon County Bulletin released its final issue last week after long-standing financial struggles left them with limited resources. 

In a Facebook post, the publication stated that despite continued support, it had been struggling financially due to a loss of funding through advertisers over the last year. 

For the final issue, the paper increased its deliveries to more popular locations and skipped smaller locations. 

For those who didn’t receive a copy of the paper’s final edition and would like one, the Facebook post encourages individuals to reach out to obtain a copy.
