1 cup, carrots, chopped
2 cups, fish stock
2 cups, heavy cream
1 cup, white wine

1 cup, clams
2-8 ounces, salmon filets
1/2 cup, thick-cut bacon, finely chopped
2 ounces, smoked salmon

Add the smoked salmon, fish stock and wine. Bring the pot to a boil. Add the scallops, shrimp, clams, cod and salmon, being careful not to break up the seafood too much.
