YORK, Pa. — For those who aren't interested in a traditional Turkey Day dinner, Olivia's shares a recipe for a Seafood Chowder Soup perfect for the chilly weather.

A Pumpkin Pie Martini on the side makes sure Thanksgiving is still represented at the table.

Meal

Seafood Chowder

Ingredients

1 cup, celery, chopped

1 cup, onions, chopped

1 cup, carrots, chopped

2 cups, fish stock

2 cups, heavy cream

1 cup, white wine

1 tablespoon, old bay

3 tablespoons, garlic butter

1 tablespoon, flour

2 tablespoons, parsley, chopped

1 cup, scallops

1 pound, cod

1 pound, shrimp, peeled and chopped

1 cup, clams

2-8 ounces, salmon filets

1/2 cup, thick-cut bacon, finely chopped

2 ounces, smoked salmon

Directions

Sauté the bacon, celery, onions and carrots along with the garlic butter for approximately three - four minutes. Add the flour and cook everything for an additional two minutes. Add the smoked salmon, fish stock and wine. Bring the pot to a boil. Add the scallops, shrimp, clams, cod and salmon, being careful not to break up the seafood too much. Add the remaining ingredients (except the heavy cream) and keep the pot on heat until all the seafood is thoroughly cooked. Lastly, add the cream.

Rumchata Pumpkin Spice

Amaretto

Stoli Salted Caramel Vodka

Heavy cream

Whipped cream

Cinnamon sugar sprinkle

Directions

Fill a glass with ice. Add the Rumchata, Amaretto, Stoli and heavy cream. Shake the cocktail and strain it into a martini glass. Top the drink with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar sprinkle.
