LANCASTER, Pa. — This week's Furry Friend is Kit, the kitten, brought to us by the Pet Pantry of Lancaster County.
Kit is a beautiful calico cat who was rescued by a good Samaritan. She was found on the side of the road with some injuries, presumed to be from a car accident.
The Pet Pantry of Lancaster County had to amputate one of her back legs and was able to help mend an eye injury. Now, Kit is good to go home to a new family.
Kit gets along with other animals and all people. She's more laid back than a typical kitten, but will do well in almost any environment.
