YORK, Pa. — There are many amazing pizza restaurants around central Pennsylvania.
But who’s behind the counter making those delicious pies?
FOX43's Tyler Hatfield went to Parma Pizza and Grill in York, grabbed an apron and learned how to sling some dough.
Tyler learned from Manny Antonio Lozano, a pizza maker at Parma Pizza and Grill. Lozano taught Tyler everything from making the pizza from scratch to putting it inside the oven.
Lozano told Tyler that working at a pizza restaurant can get busy. He said the best thing to do is to remember to have fun.
"You have to keep relaxed and have fun doing it," said Lozano. "If you don't, the quality will be no good."
