YORK, Pa. — Kohl’s will once again be closed on Thanksgiving Day this year, the department store company announced Tuesday.
"Last year, Kohl’s served millions of customers both in store and online throughout Black Friday week, and we look forward to delivering that same incredible experience to our customers again this year," the company said on its website. "Customers looking to shop Kohl’s on Thanksgiving Day will be able to shop on Kohls.com and in the Kohl’s App.
"This holiday, Kohl’s is offering more savings for all families, whenever and however they choose to shop. As shoppers prepare their holiday lists earlier than ever this year with value top of mind, they can count on Kohl’s for unmatched savings on top gifts across all categories, all season long."
Kohl's said it will release additional information about its holiday hours—including its hours on and around Black Friday—at a later date.

Kohl's has nine locations across Central Pennsylvania, including stores in Lancaster, Lebanon, York, Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg.
