LANCASTER, Pa. — VisionCorps hosted its fifth annual Eye Drop event on Friday in Lancaster, where participants rappelled down a 10-story building for charity.
The goal of this event was to raise awareness and help support vision rehabilitation services to people who are blind and vision impaired.
VisionCorps is a non-profit organization that provides rehab services to people who are vision impaired at no cost.
Over 100 participants scaled down a Holliday Inn in Lancaster this morning, including our FOX43 Morning News anchor, Gabrielle Mediak.
This year, organizers have set a goal of raising $200,000.
