DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — Though one arrest has been made on Sunday, police are still looking for a person of interest after a man was shot and killed in Swatara Township on Saturday night.

Police arrested Francisco Hernandez-Hernandez, 26, who is now facing charges of murder, attempted murder, recklessly endangering another person and person not to possess a firearm.

On Nov. 4, at around 10:24 p.m., officers were called to a shooting located at apartments on the 300 block of North Harrisburg Street. At the scene, police say they found 39-year-old Josue Saez dead.

Saez was a sergeant at SCI-Camp Hill, a spokesperson with the prison said Monday.

Hernandez-Hernandez approached officers saying he had been shot in the shoulder. He was taken to the hospital, where police interviewed him, according to a criminal complaint.

The suspect allegedly told police that he had been in a fight with Saez, which led to him being shot. He also claimed that he was still at the scene when additional shots were fired but did not know who fired them.

Officers believe Hernandez-Hernandez is responsible for the shooting because he matched a witness' description of the shooter and admitted to being present at the shooting, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

Police also stated they are looking for Felix Hernandez-Hernandez, who is a person of interest in connection to this shooting.
