DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — An arrest has been made following the death of a Dauphin County man.
According to the Harrisburg Bureau of Police, on Sept. 13 at 4:57 p.m., officers responded to 58 N. 14th Street in reference to a person who had been shot.
At the scene, officers found Thomas Davenport, who was the victim of a gunshot wound and did not survive his injuries.
The incident was investigated as a homicide and Tymarion Davenport, 18, as a suspect. He was taken into custody on Sunday, Sept. 15 on unrelated charges.
On Sept. 19, Tymarion was charged with criminal homicide, firearms and narcotics violations. He is currently in custody and awaiting arraignment.
