LANCASTER, Pa. — The county coroner's office announced the death of a three-year-old boy at a campground in Martic Township after he was shot on Friday night.
The coroner's office was called to a campground on the 900 block of River Road shortly after 7 p.m. for a shooting.
There, they found a 3-year-old with a gunshot injury inside an RV and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials didn't specify where the gunshot was on the victim's body.
According to their preliminary investigation, officials said they don't believe there are suspicious circumstances.
The victim's manner and cause of death are pending an autopsy.
