HARRISBURG, Pa. — Two people have been arrested for breaking the windows of police vehicles in Harrisburg this morning.
A city spokesperson says one woman and one man were caught breaking the windows at the city's vehicle maintenance center around 7 a.m. on Oct. 26.
The woman was arrested immediately, but the man allegedly assaulted an officer and escaped. Officials say he was arrested shortly after 9 a.m. in the area of 18th and Berryhill Streets with the help of drones and other aircraft.
