Police investigating Lebanon City shooting

The Lebanon City Police Department said it believes the shooting was not random and the victim was targeted.

LEBANON, Pa. — Lebanon County police are investigating a Wednesday night shooting that left one person injured.

On Nov. 22, offices with the Lebanon City Police Department were called to the 500 block of East Cumberland Street around 7:44 p.m., for a reported shooting. 

At the scene, police found one man with gunshot injuries. He was helped by officers on the scene until EMS arrived and took him to Dauphin County Medical Center, where he is reportedly in stable condition. 

Officers said they have reason to believe the incident was not random and that the victim was targeted. 

The shooting is still under investigation.
