CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — Police in Cumberland County are looking for help from the public in identifying a man accused of punching and kicking a dog over the weekend.
The incident occurred last Friday on Aspen Lane in the Country Manor Mobile Home Park in Middlesex Township, according to police.
Witnesses reported seeing a white male suspect pinning the dog to the ground while punching and kicking it. The dog was reportedly yelping and crying as it was struck, the witnesses said.
