Forensics crew respond to scene of Swatara Township apartment complex shooting

The incident is believed to be isolated and there is no confirmed threat to the public at this time.

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — The Susquehanna Township Police Department stated in a press release that officers were responding to a report of an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. 

FOX43's on-scene crew confirmed that a forensics team, police and a K9 unit were all present at the Wedgewood Hills Apartments along the 3200 block of Wakefield Road in Susquehanna Township for a reported shooting. 

At the location, police confirmed that one man had been shot. He was transported for medical treatment and his condition is unreported at this time. 

The incident is believed to be isolated and there is no confirmed threat to the public at this time.
