HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Harrisburg man has been indicted on drug and weapons charges, according to the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Frederick G. Guider, 41, was indicted on Aug. 7 by a federal grand jury for possession with the intent to distribute controlled substances and three firearms offenses.

According to United States Attorney Gerard M. Karam, the indictment alleges that on Oct. 27, 2023, in Dauphin County, Guider possessed the following substances with the intent to distribute them: fentanyl, psilocybin, cocaine, marijuana and 50 grams and more a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine.

The firearms listed on the indictment include, among others, 9mm semi-automatic pistols, a 20-gauge short-barreled shotgun, 5 .56 caliber semi-automatic rifles and two machine gun conversion devices.
